THE NEW CLASSROOMS ARE  FINISHED!

CLICK HERE TO SEE THE PHOTOS OF THE DEDICATION SERVICE

For quite some time the Bible School in Accra has needed more room to conduct studies.   At the first of the year in 2011, a renovation project was begun on two older rooms connected to the office.   It was finished in March of the same year.  Below are photos of the progress:

HERE ARE SOME SCRIPTURES TO HELP YOU OVERCOME FEAR:

2 Chronicles 20:15 (NKJV)
" . . .  . Thus says the Lord to you: 'Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's."

2 Kings 6:16 (NKJV)
"So he answered, "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them."

Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV)
"Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."

Psalms 34:4 & 15 (NKJV)
"I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears.  . . .The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry."

 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

John 14:27 (New Living Translation)
“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.

WHAT DO WE MEAN WHEN BY THE TERM, "COVENANT MESSENGER?"

Actually it's very simple.  Malachi 3:1 says, "Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts."

John the Baptist is the first "messenger" in verse 1.  He is the one who prepared the way for the next messenger mentioned, the "messenger of the covenant", which is Jesus Christ.

In Jeremiah 31:31 God prophesied through the prophet Jeremiah to announce a new covenant that would be revealed to Israel & Judah.  It would be different than the old covenant God made through Moses, which consisted of animal sacrifices.

Not only would the new covenant be different but it would be much better.  In this new covenant only one sacrifice was needed for all sins of the whole world.

That sacrifice was the Son of God, Jesus Christ on Calvary 2000 years ago.

Jesus was the Messenger Who came into the world to introduce the New Covenant in His own blood, death and resurrection.  He has since ascended into heaven where He sits at the right Hand of the Father.

Now, in His absence, Jesus sends His Spirit to every "whosoever", Jew or Gentile, who enters this New Covenant by faith.  By doing so they become Christians and partakers of all the blessings of the New Covenant.   In addition, as they tell others of this good news they become messengers of the New Covenant, or Covenant Messengers!

Are you a Covenant Messenger?   If you have accepted Jesus as Savior the answer is "Yes".   So share your testimony with others so they can also become Messengers of the New Covenant . . . . . . or Covenant Messengers!

THE LIES OF THE DEVIL

What lie has the devil planted in your life?

Could it be that you are living under a curse because you have believed a lie from the devil?

Do you need to be saved and the devil has told you you're not good enough?

That's a lie from the devil.

Do you need healing but you have believed the report stating there is no hope?

That's a lie from the devil.

Do you need to be delivered from drugs, alchohol, porn, gambling, etc., but you believe you can't give it up?

That's a lie from the devil.

John 8:44 is talking about the devil and says, "He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it."

Don't believe the devil's lies.  Instead, go to the Word of God and find the promise which reveals the truth to your particular situation.

In regards to:

Salvation: Romans 10:9 says, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

No one is good enough to be saved.  BUT . . . .it's not matter of being good.  Jesus has made a way to be saved by His death and resurrection.  Being saved from Hell is a matter of admitting you are a sinner.  That you are without hope unless Jesus saves you and by your asking Him to forgive your sins.

Healing: Isaiah 53:5 says, "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."  There is a physical healing available just as there is a spiritual healing in salvation.  As in salvation, begin to believe for your healing, pray and ask for your healing.

Deliverance: In Luke 10:19 Jesus is speaking and says, "Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy"  And in Rev. 21:11, "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony"

Addiction to anything that is not of God is of the devil.  And you CAN be delivered by the Power of God.

Every person born is a three-part being:  Spirit, soul and body.  The spirit is that part of you that communicates with God.  Hence, it is, or isn't, "God-concious".

The soul (or mind) is concious of "self". or self-concious.  It will tend to please the wants/desires of the body unless the spirit is built up in the Word of God and faith in His ability to deliver.

In any addiction, the needs for the body are stronger than the needs of the spirit, which is communing & fellowshipping with God through prayer.

Once the spirit can overcome the desires of the body/soul and it takes control over body & soul, deliverance is very near.

To overcome your addiction, begin to pray on a regular basis or, if you are already praying, increase your praying.  Allow your spirit to build in faith by fellowshipping with other Christians, reading the Bible, listening to Bible teachings on tape or CD, watch Christian videos, etc.

Matthew 18:18 says, "Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven"

Prayer can "loose" the spirit of addiction, whether it's of drugs, alcohol, lust, gambling, etc.  Begin praying something like this: "I am free from the lies of the devil. I bind the spirit of addiction and loose it from my life and body."

It's a good idea when praying to be free from addiction to find Christians to agree with you and uphold you in prayer.
